All prices are displayed in your local currency unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment details.

This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders are only accepted once a shipment confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to acceptance, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. During peak periods, order processing may take up to 5 business days.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. You are responsible for any claims relating to lost or damaged shipments.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion. We may also require additional verification before processing an order.

RETURNS
POLICY
All items, except for swimwear bottoms, head accessories and final sale items, are returnable within 14 days of shipment for store credit.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.
Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition upon receipt.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.

All orders are shipped from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Longer than usual shipping times should be expected during sale periods and launches.

If your country is not listed above and does not appear upon checkout, please email chat@arthurapparel.com to create a custom shipping rate.
Orders to United States include taxes and duties in the shipping cost, for all other international orders, any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, you will be contacted for payment. Arthur does not accept orders that are returned to sender.
Pre-order
If your order includes both available garments and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items become available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped, please contact AusPost or DHL Express for any shipping enquiries.
