All Arthur content, products and prices depicted on this Website are subject to change without notice at any time. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including colours.
Please note all care instructions can be found on a label attached to each garment as well as on each garment page on our website unless otherwise stated.
SMS consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us. We will only use your phone number for the purpose of sending you text messages related to our products, promotions, and other marketing communications. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or clicking the "STOP" link in any message.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to receive text messages from us.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our text messaging service at any time without notice.

Shipping limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on this Website are shown in your local currency unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via the following providers: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay AUD, Paypal and Bank Transfer (Indonesia Only).

We attempt to ensure that all information on this webpage is as accurate and current as possible. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability and descriptions at any time. At times the information displayed may occasionally be inaccurate, or out of date. We also reserve the right to alter the terms of any special offers or sales periods and sale stock at any time.
Ordering and order confirmation
Please follow the check out instructions to place your order. To acknowledge we have received your order, you will receive Order Confirmation email. All orders are subject to approval by Arthur Apparel and will be confirmed upon sending a Shipment Confirmation email. Please note that during sales periods it may take up 5 business days to process your order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Privacy policy
Arthur recognises the importance of your privacy and it is of utmost importance to us that all information provided by you is secure.
All information collected is used solely for the purpose of assisting in providing you with the relevant information; notify you of sales, offers and new products available. Arthur will not share, sell or trade your personal information gathered online, such as email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.

RETURN POLICY
Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of shipment for store credit.
Due to logistics and warehousing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.
Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging (incl. bag/cushion cover). We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition upon receipt.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.
Returns are processed once per week on a Thursday.
*Final sale items, accessories, custom orders and altered items are not eligible for return. Final sale includes any items where the discount is 30% or higher, or the product is marked as final sale. Please shop mindfully.

In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty - please email chat@arthurapparel.com with your order number and attach relevant photos.
SHIPPING
We ship all orders from Bali, Indonesia by DHL Express.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Longer than usual shipping times should be expected during sale periods.
For delivery, please allow approximately 3-6 business days for metro areas and up to 5-10 business days for all other areas.
Shipping costs
Australia - $15AUD or free for orders over $250AUD
New Zealand - $20NZD or free for orders over $250NZD
United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Eurozone, United Kingdom - free shipping for all orders
Indonesia - 30,000IDR or free for orders over 1,000,000IDR
Singapore - $15SGD flat rate
If your country is not listed above and does not appear upon checkout, please email chat@arthurapparel.com to create a custom shipping rate.
Any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, DHL will contact you for payment.
PO boxes
DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an a residential or business address. All packages require signature on delivery. DHL will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm you will be present to sign. If you waive your right to sign, please ensure that there is a safe place for your package to be left. Arthur Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Pre-order
If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped, please contact DHL Express for any shipping enquiries.
